Alyssa has a passion for Connection & Introspection. She has completed trainings in Holistic Nutrition, Vinyasa, Yin & Yoga Nidra, Sacred Dance, Thai Massage as well as a deep dive Shamanic Initiation with her Shipibo Maestro Don Miguel in the Amazon Jungles of Peru. Practices that she Weaves through her offerings have been accumulated over the course of her life from a variety of personal experiences and not only Human but Plant Teachers. Cacao has been an honorary ally for Alyssa. The gift that it is to share her wisdom is something that Alyssa holds with deep reverence.
Her desire is to hold space for others to drop into authentic expression. Creating containers to become lovingly aware of the Elements that make us who we uniquely are as well as acknowledging the elements which surround us. She blends Eclectic learnings to share tools of Mindfulness, Embodiment & Reflection in group and 1:1 settings.

Utilizing the soft dewy glow of morning, we will awaken with intention. Bringing in moments of stillness and silence, as well as movement & song to start the day. Side by side, becoming intimate with Cacao as we connect to our own unique essence within.
Cacaos Spirit will support us in opening our Hearts and dropping into a place of love, a place of presence. This time of ritual will bring in different yogic practices of meditation & movement evoking an energetic dance through the body.
